Find More 👆These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sho-biz.com and the services offered by Sho' Biz Intelligence Collectives, a collective service of Sho-Biz Intelligence Collectives LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
We offer business consulting, data and analytics services, notary services, and other project-based services.
Service scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in written proposals or agreements with each client.
Note: Businesses operating under the Sho' Biz Intelligence Collectives umbrella — including AI'ssist Book Pros, Dilige Data Studios, Hip Hop Data Initiative, and JP Linxx NYC — may maintain their own Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy specific to their offerings. Where a venture has its own terms, those terms govern your engagement with that venture, alongside these Terms.
Clients agree to:
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur reasonable administrative fees.
We treat all client data and discussions as confidential. We will not disclose or use your data for any purpose other than fulfilling contracted work, except as required by law.

You retain ownership of your original business data.
We retain ownership of proprietary tools, templates, and frameworks used in delivering the service.
Deliverables (reports, dashboards, analyses) become your property upon full payment.
Sho' Biz Intelligence Collectives uses AI tools to enhance productivity and insight generation. All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by a human analyst before delivery. We do not use client data to train public AI models.

Our services are advisory and informational. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantee that outcomes will meet specific financial or business results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
We are not liable for any loss, delay, or disclosure of information resulting from your use of channels outside our approved intake methods, or from the independent practices of third-party platforms we rely on to deliver our services (see our Privacy & Data Policy for a list of these providers).
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. Fees for completed work up to the date of termination remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be posted here with an updated effective date.
